For an accurate assessment please bring shorts and loose fitting t-shirt or sports bra (I do not treat with sheets or lotion). We will begin with a structural alignment of your body followed by the removal of the primary restrictions that are interfering with your body's ability to heal and will finish by integrating the session with your entire body so that your ailments do not return.
